  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Guide is an online self-help program designed to foster emotional wellbeing and help individuals cope with mental health issues including depression, anxiety, and stress. The program is completed entirely online and is personalized to help individuals meet their specific mental health goals. Thanks to funding from President Cockett, students can get ACT Guide for free at https://actguide.usu.edu
Food Assistance:
  • The Student Nutrition Access Center is the location of Utah State University's food pantry. Their mission is to assist any Aggie who experiences difficulty accessing nutritious food and personal care products. Patrons may receive assistance once per week, as needed, no questions asked. This food pantry is primarily for USU students WITHOUT children.
  • The Cache Community Food Pantry is a community partnership, and their goal is to ensure that no individual in Cache County goes to bed hungry. This food pantry is primarily for students WITH children or community members who are not students.
Sexual Assault & Anti-Violence Information (SAAVI)

  • A campus-based office providing safe, confidential counseling, advocacy, and information to the USU community. SAAVI’s services are open to all USU students, staff, and faculty.
